The Details
Emerald Bay Equity principals and our development partners acquired this 1960’s vintage shopping center in 1997. Working through development challenges, such as multiple tenant bankruptcies, old leases, and restrictive covenants, we were able to re-position this property into a vibrant community center with over 280,000 SF of retail building area. Anchor tenants include Wal-Mart, Safeway, Rite-Aid, McDonald’s and Starbucks.
