Riverbend Center

The Details

This Shadow-Anchored retail center is located in the middle of the new Sequim commercial core. The project consisted of developing a site ready to address new city design standards, sensitive areas, and demand for new retail space in this rapidly growing community. The larger project includes space for a retirement housing development, a restaurant, and two shops buildings, all adjoining the Sequim Wal-Mart. IHOP Restaurant and Sherwin-Williams to Riverbend Center were completed early 2010.
