Swedish for “Hill”, Kulle (pronounced “cool”) is a project that truly embraces urban living.  65 units of workforce housing located within walking distance to downtown and adjacent to transit, this project embraces smart, efficient design to create a hip place for Seattle’s new work force at affordable rents.
