The Details
Emerald Bay Equity acquired and developed all property within the new Wal-Mart Supercenter/Sam’s Club development at Franklin Center, across from Adaho Center. Anchor tenants include Wells Fargo Bank and FedEx Kinkos. This project was developed on a fast timeline to deliver space to tenants prior to the Christmas season. The Wells Fargo was sold in 2008 for $2.6 million.
