Seven Hills

During the early settlement of Seattle, the town was famous for its multitude of hills.  Similar to Rome, Seattle became known as the city of Seven Hills - Queen Anne being the tallest of these.  The Seven Hills project has been approved after a rigorous design review and neighborhood process.  The plans call for a mixed-use building with 57 apartment units, 8k SF of retail, and 65 parking stalls.  Based on leasing patterns on previous projects and overall market analysis this building has been designed to maximize the developers return by delivering a high density product to meet the strong demand for smaller, more affordable units.  The plans target that market with 57 studio and urban one bedroom units.  Seven Hills is just south of the Eden Hill project.

Met Market

This is one of the most prized properties in Seattle.  It is a one acre lot spanning an entire block on Queen Anne Ave between West Crockett and West Howe streets.  In the next several years this property will be redeveloped to provide a grand plaza, additional street level retail, and a new Metropolitan Market.  In total a 24k SF Metropolitan Market, 20k SF of additional retail, and 125 luxury apartments, and 200 parking stalls are planned for this site.   This site is directly across the street to the east of Seven Hills and Eden Hill.
